So last night I had a wild hair and decided to try a recipe I found on
Life is Better with Cake. French toast cupcakes with maple buttercream icing and bacon. My mouth was watering when I first came across this little jewel. It's like a huge breakfast in a bite sized package. DELICIOUS!

This recipe was fantastic. It's totally from scratch and not hard at all. I found all the ingredients at my local Wal-mart and from start to finish it took me about 2 hours. I paired the cupcakes with a nice cold glass of Abita
Save our Shores (SOS). YUM-O!
this looks awesome!
